These terms apply when you browse Strata, create an account or buy a plan.

Your account

• One person per account. Keep your sign-in and API tokens to yourself.
• Daily copy limits apply per plan and reset at 00:00 UTC.

Plans and payment

• Yearly plans renew each year until you cancel. Founding lifetime seats are paid once.
• Refunds follow the license: 7 days on yearly plans if you used fewer than 5 copies; no refunds on lifetime seats once prompts are copied.

Using layers

What you may do with layers is set by the license. Results depend on the AI you use; the Fidelity Score shows how closely one blind rebuild matched, not a guarantee for every rebuild.

Things we may change

We may update layers, limits and these terms. We'll tell account holders about material changes before they take effect.
